We have booked band box - Bangalore for our expensive D Decor curtains dry cleaning and sheer curtains came back in pretty bad shape as colour is full faded . Even after following up for 4 months, no resolution. The concerned person Alex - [protected], giving all weird reasons saying they were shaded because of sun light and we kept them tied up etc etc . If sun caused damage before dry clean it self they should fade away . We feel cheated making us waited for 4 months saying they will apply die and give them to us . How ever now he says he can’t do anything and we need to deal with online department who took our order even though they serviced . Pls help in resolution Was this information helpful? |
