Bangalore Baptist Hospital — Appointment norms not followed - No Time Sense

I have been facing a lot of issues every time I have reached Baptist hospital. We call the hospital, book an appointment as per slot available. Once we reach hospital on time there's no doctor available on time as per his/her schedule.
First schedule at Baptist - we had been asked to do an ultra sound scanning. It took 5 hours for one scanning to be done. Such a huge hospital had only one scanning room for the common people. Private for premium patients.

Second instance - the system of dispensing medicines is pathetic. We had to approach the people available there, they ll verify and then given to pharmacist. Once the medicine is packed they would call out our name and issue it. This overall process takes another 2+ hour.

Third instance - we call up and schedule a slot, once we reach there the place is flooded with people who have reached prior to us even without scheduling an appointment. When we have booked an appointment that should be diligently followed isn't it. It boils our blood to see people walking in without appointment and gets the preference. Then whats the point of scheduling appointments.

Fourth instance - Doctors not reporting on time. When the doctors are scheduled as per roster. Why dont they report on time. For instance if a doctor should report on 10 am he should at least be here by 10.15 max. There would be patients waiting with time scheduling. The doctors reach here at 11 or 11.30. I booked a slot at 10.40 qne the doctor reaches the cabin by 11.45.

Fifth instance - My sister was an expectant and post delivery she faced few issues with body pain and leg pain. we reached hospital by booking a slot. When my sis walked inside the cabin she was asked to go to fiver clinic just because fever was associated with leg pain and back pain. The consultation fee was looted and again had to pay for consultation at fiver clinic too. When we weren't been consulted we should have been refunded with consultation charges but that never happened. The fiver clinic was so crowded that people who had covid would have spread to others. Infact I was infected too post visiting this hospital.

If this is the kind of situation for an literate what about the lay man.

Time is precious and any second, minute or an hour can change or save someones life. Please get this rectified.
