Very rude doctors in BBH I never seen like this doctors, doctors have to be polite and they have to answer the patient queries, but here they don't want to speak with patients am also medical professional am very shame about this doctors, am paying money but there is no use of this, there is no proper prescription, no dosage in this, pharmacy it's very horrible computers not working properly, 11 o clock appointment but I have met the around...

I am consulting doctors in BBH from about six years. Nowadays at the end of our visit we go to the pharmacy to buy medicine. My experience is that we will have to wait long hours in queue before we get what is needed. I request you to do the needful to avoid this.

    My parents who visited Bangalore Baptist Hospital on[protected] regarding urology issue met Dr Srinivas. My father is 71 years old and mother is 61 years totally the staffs were non co-operative even the doctor was very rude dint even check once was only asking to do the scans but we had every scan done, he was not ready to check it .he was not patient enough to check the old reports.my parents were totally disappointed with the hospital especially with the Dr srinivas and his staffs .so with this we have understood that when only people speak Good English are respect properly by the doctor and staff.
    And would like to report this issue with Medical council of India

      Today morning I registered to meet the dermatologist at 8:30 AM and until 11:30 I had to wait and still couldn’t meet the doctor and I’ve been sitting and waiting and people who came after me kept going inside.
      And when enquired to the reception near the department they are not giving us appropriate response and actually they are not even responding. The hospital is functioning in the most ### was possible.
      This is the most cheapest way to treat people

          Hi ven after booking an appointment, we had to wait for 2 hours to get OPD consultation. And the nurse kept telling 1 patient is due. There is no end to our waiting. We had taken 1-2 hours off from work, but the situation here is like entire day is also not sufficient

            THIS IS NOT COMPLAINT AGAINST THE DISTRIBUTOR BUT WANT CLARIFICATION:

            Agaisnst my LPG booked, sms was received on 28.03.2022 informing bill details for Rs.950-50 which was billed.
            Again o 7th March 2022 sms is received showing bill for Rs.1002.50.
            My question is when bill is already prepared and issued on 28 th March itself on availahle stock on that day and due to dalay on their part to delever on the bill made, how can again they issue one more bill for Rs.1002.50
            Cash Memo. No. 20521 for booking 16936 for Rs.952.50 dated 28th March.
            Again bill o. 22811 for Rs.1002.50 for same booking number dated 7th March.
            Consumer No. 40029547. Saimangala Gas Distrigutor, Peena Bangalore

            Please clarify.

              I had a very horrible service with the reimbursement team to get a soft copy of the paid bill, got confirmation stating that the mail had been received today after confirming on call they informed us they haven't received any mail. Top of that, to share a soft copy in the mail they need 48hrs of time. The way of talking to customers is very rude and unprofessional. Lots of things happen here seriously. I had a very bad experience with Bangalore Baptist Hospital in the Reimbursement team.

              Requested for original copy of paid bill but they told they will provide me duplicate copy but i was need of original, i had asked for higher management level to consult but they have wasted my time and energy.

                  I just wanted to bring to your notice a Complaint on Hospital support .

                  As we are Staying very far from Bangalore( 200Km +) we have asked Dr.Srinivas to send reports on whats App.

                  from past Week trying to reach the doctor as he said send reports, none of the Sisters Responding .

                  As per the Conversation i had with E-Consultation yesterday, I have not seen this type of worst Service from Any hospital.

                  For the past 2 hours I tried all the numbers and none of the People responded .

                  For the past 1 month we have been waiting for Surgery, none of the People care about patients and reports

                  Let me know who is the escalation matrix, I can reach them . People are care about the money before consultation, same has to be for service as well

                  Spent till now 20-30K only for Scans and consultations till now no proper response.

                      Appointment norms not followed - No Time Sense

                      I have been facing a lot of issues every time I have reached Baptist hospital. We call the hospital, book an appointment as per slot available. Once we reach hospital on time there's no doctor available on time as per his/her schedule.
                      First schedule at Baptist - we had been asked to do an ultra sound scanning. It took 5 hours for one scanning to be done. Such a huge hospital had only one scanning room for the common people. Private...

                        I have given the blood test 20 days back and still havent recieved my lab report..i have been following the hospital only for this and I have a doctor appointment in 2 days..I was given these no to reach the executives to get in touch [protected], 450, 615 .nobody is picking the calls in any of the No's...luckily in these 2 weeks I got a chance to speak to a lady in the above no 309ext only once...she noted down my email I'd and told me in 10 mins will send the reports...haven't received yet...I am tired of calling them million times and nobody is picking the call

                        When we have a doctor appointment and urge in need of reports y they are picking up calls and not responding inspire of many reminders daily..

                        Very disappointed with the hospital services.

                          No proper timings are followed. For USG scan we were asked to wait till 12 and when asked at 12pm about the scan a attender asked us to come after 2pm. Now its going to be 4pm. I have drank water n holding by bladder since 11:30am till 4pm. None of them are responsive when asked about the my turn. And only 1 scanning room for whole hospital??Such a dissatisfaction. HOPLESS it is.

                            Today 11 o clock dr.parul was on duty in emergency she didn't give any treatment to my wife she is suffering from form fever vomiting breathing problem since 4rth April in opd also not given treatment properly last night she was unconscious i defined al problem but dr parul didn't give any response told me come in opd tomorrow and don't referred anywhere plz help me I'm from delhi due to lockdown i was helpless hare.

                              I was admitted for an accidental injury. The doctor unnecessary without any justification held me overnite since they wanted to earn extra money.
                              They withheld me one night without any justification for the same in the name of observation and billed exorbitantly.
                              I won't recommend this hospital to anyone.

                                Your hospital is very careless and gives careless answers to poor patients you people making to wait opd patients for long time if we need to consult any one doctor we need to wait for minimum half a day and u people are involved in making money corrupting more and your hospital will never come up in life
                                I hate this hospital and staff you people are killing people...😡😠

                                As a private patient with queue no 1, we have been waiting since 10:30 for the priorly taken appointment with Dr.Indu.general medicine. Now it is 12:20pm and we r still waiting. What is the use of paying the exorbitant fees if the patient is not given their due.
                                It is a shame to see the lack of service ethics in this reputed hospital.

                                  I booked the Ola Cab morning 8AM from kodipaly to 3 cross Kothanur Dinne, bangalore. before confirm the booking the rate card popup shown the appr. Rs. 215 - 244. when booking the confirmed the amount is calculated dynamically and it is increased to Rs. 96 more.
                                  so the OLA cab is fool to the Customer. and making mint of money. take necessary action against the OLA

                                  Doctors are not caring when we have come for revisit and waiting for more than 1hr. Why do you have general OPD. TAKING EXTRA MONEY FOR PRIVATE AND GIVING QUICK SERVICE. THIS IS VERY BAD. YOU SHOULD GIVE EQUAL PREFERENCE TO ALL EXCEPT EMERGENCY.

When asked they say they are admitting a cancer patient there... Don't u have special ward for these kinds of patients??? It's not a good gusture... Not a way to treat some one...

                                    Dated 10-Nov-09, PAN card application was submitted at the nearest UTI centre, I was assured of the PAN card within fifteen days and the PAN number on the net within a weeks time. but fifteen days now I have neither got the PAN card nor my PAN number on the net. Can I know why is the delay and why is such disappointment after giving such assurance.

                                    Pls help us out of this inconvenience and get us the PAN card. Thanks
