Bangalore Development Authority [Bda] — Auction EMD amount is not refunded

Hello,

We have paid EMD amount of 8 Lakhs for 2 sites in auction through eproc on Dec 13th and Dec 20th . We received only 4Lakhs but not the remaining 4Lakhs (second site) .

We dint succeed in bidding.

Please let me know wen can we receive the remaining 4Lakhs.
