I participated in the e-auction BDA/2025-26/AUCTION1614 held on[protected] and was not the successful bidder. I paid an Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) on August 29, 2025 with the URN GOK[protected].

It has been more than 30 days, and I have still not received any update or refund to my original payment account....

The site number 2362 of 6th block visveshwariah layout is in the process of constructing the property and has not let any setback on the west side of the property, And we are being the neighbour and owned 2363 of 6th block visveshwariah layout would be a huge problem in the future. Everyone have been facing issues with multiple dogs daily.
There are multiple dogs in this part of the layout which attack every vehicles that come during evening.

Bda is not maintaining anthing in our layout and collecting arrears maintainance fee as 3600 rupees.

Layout is situated in alur, huskur road.

Street lights and roads are maintained by association which is formed by our layout members. Why we should pay so much tax to bda. This time my tax has come near to 11000. This is not right on thier part...

I participated BDA e-auction and paid INR 4 lakh EMD per site TO BDA BANGALORE COMMISSIONER via online banking, I participated in 4 different sites, total 16Lakh EMD not refunded.
i lost the bid for all 4 sites 11 days back, however BDA is not returning/refunding my hard earned money.

I call e-procurement, they asked me to call BDA, I tried reaching BDA mulltiple times but no luck. finally i sent an email to "[protected]@bdabangalore.org"...

Myself Mrs Rupa Pal, have ownership of Plot no 17 in EWS, JP Nagar 9th Phase, Bangalore.
