Bangalore Development Authority [Bda] — Auction number 7797 in Banashankari 6th stage 2nd block - Bidding closed before cut off time

The live auction of BDA site in Banshankari 6th stage, 2nd block was closed by 3:50pm which was well before the cut off time of 6pm. Eprocurement customer care says this was done by Bda. Tried all possible phone numbers of BDA shared on Auction document and nobody picks up the call to address our concerns. Very poorly managed auction. Two officials of BDA even switched off their phone when I tried calling them multiple times. Very unprofessional bda employees who don't deserve to be working for the Government.
