Dear sir, madam,
It is with greatest concern and pain i am writing this complaint, bda gunjur phase2 flats has been provided for occupation and about more than 150 families are staying in this complex.
Yet there is no regular electricity connection provided till date.
The problems are huge and its a big chain reaction leading to many problems. Let me try to briefly write the issues.
Regular and sufficient power required is not taken by bda, its still running on temperorary connection without electricity meters installed for flats.
Because of inadiquate power, power trips and often there is no electricity in the entire complex for long hours.
Because regular electricity is not provided, stp (Sewage treatment plants) is not allowed to be used because of big machineries and power requirements. The only source of water available is bore water and due to over depedence the borewells are running dry. Only one of borewell is parcially working and now the water is rationed amoung the flats.
So because of non usage of stp, water is not efficiently utilized and dependence on borewell has increased main fold and water has depleted greatly.
If stp works over exploitation of water from borewell can be brought down and would be less burdon on natural resource because water would be filtered and recirculated for usage for flush tanks, cleaning, gardening etc.
Rain water harvesting is most important which will help in replenishing ground water which is the only source at present.
Because of no regular power, back up generators are not connected to the main grids and lifts. Transformers are ready and fixed but regular power connection not provided yet, so lifts and others areas do not have power backup.
Last 2 months there has been great hardships faced by residents of bda gunjur flats, there has been no water properly for 1 to 2 hours a day. From past one week, people here have no water to even clean important utensils and to cook food. Unable to use even bathrooms. The hardship for last one week is no less than hell.
I request the concerned authorities, higher ups and engineers to please help the residents lead life atleast with basic amenities. This is very urgent request your attention to solve all pending issues from bda and help the residents.
