Bangalore Development Authority [Bda] — delay in site registration for kg layout

I have been allotted site in kg layout b2-sa-158 (30x40) i have paid the full balance amount on 19th jan 2019 however till date i haven't received any letter from bda for the registration. I personally visited bda office to follow up and they mentioned that they haven't received any cd report from vijaynagar bda office. Again i visited vijiaynagar bda office to follow up on the cd report and met site engineer srinivas g h he mentioned that he will send the cd report to bda head office in a day or two however it's been more than a month still the report not been sent and whenever i go to meet him on a weekend most of time he will not be available in the bda office. Request to help me in this regard to get the site registration done at the earliest. Thanks,
