P) of kumbalgodu village, which is located in the out dkirts of kengeri, bangalore. M/s gpolan entpr is saying that due to nonreceipt of occupancy certificate fro bda, bangalore, it is not possible to them to go for khata transefer and not able to do registratons on the nsmes of flats buyers.
In view of the above, i request you to let us know the cause for the delay happening in isduing occupancy certificstes and also how many days you require for issuing those certificstes.
