Bangalore Development Authority [Bda] — No development at Arkavathi Layout 15th Block, Thanisandra

There are NO roads, water, sewer, electric facility in Arkavathi layout 15th block, we are paying tax to BDA from several years NO development has been done so far. When can we start constructing house? now it is looking like forest and lots of stray dogs and snakes.
