Dear Sir
I submitted the grievance on 2nd February 2023 to BDA complaint No. 32124 about locals objected to erection of boundary wall on my BDA site bearing No 814 6th block Sir M Vesveshwaraya layout but still not resolved after 30 months. I followed it up with raising a complaint with you on 3/4/2023 complaint No 3409803 followed up with complaint with BDA helpline complaint No.258365 on 7/8/2025. More than two and half year has passed since then, after repeated follow up a joint survey was done on 9th September 2023 and on 14th March 2024 a letter was issued for alternate site allotment. On enquiry at BDA head office I was given the information that the file for alternate site allotment is pending with BDA commissioner. Therefore, I fail to understand why I am being made to suffer for no mistakes of mine just because of the mistakes of BDA which have formed Site and allotted on land belonging to grampanchayat(as per joint survey report)
Sir, I am 67 years old senior citizen with heart problems twice angioplasty and once bypass surgery has been done. My health isn’t conducive for waiting further. Hence earnestly solicit an early appointment with the commissioner.
