Hi,
The metro card is not able to recharge from customer care in baiyappanahalli metro station. It is mentioned that counter 4 can be used to recharge the card. But no employee found in counter 4. So what is the use of this card? The card owners have to wait in queue for recharge. Which is the violation of offer by metro department.
I request you to take a proper action on this.
