Lack of drinking water at Jayadeva hospital station

Address: 70, royal gardenia, Bommasandra

On 26 th August, I deboarded yellow line metro train at Platform #1 of Jayadeva hospital station. I went to the water cooler provided near exit gate.
There was no water output from cooler. I climbed up the stairs and went to cooler provided on platform #2. I perched my thirst there.
Would you mind to provide water on platform #1 ?...

Collecting parking fees

This is regarding parking fees at Delta electronics bommasandra metro station, today morning when I went to park my bike near the station some random lady was standing near the entrance asking for fees to park vehicles they had also put up posters for parking fees, when I asked about this she told they have started this new rule in yellow line, when askedd about her uniform she told, bmrcl are yet to issue.I saw more than 20 people pay and...

Amount debited but not recharged

Address: Halsuru Metro Station

Hello Sir,

I did recharge on June 13th 8:13 pm, amount debited from my account but was not recharged in Halasuru Station for 1000 rupees please find attached screenshot for your reference. It has been debited from my bank account.

I did visit Ulsoor Metro Station too but no response and this has been very ridiculous. No proper response till now.

I have emailed several times to travelhelp but till...

Amount Refund issue

Hi,

I tried to book metro through whatsapp. I paid via gpay and the amount got debited from bank but i didn't get the qr tickets. Encountered some technical problems it seems. I haven't received the refund yet.
please solve my issue .

On Nov 6th, I had booked a metro ticket from krishnarajapura to nagasandra amounting to Rs66.50 . The money was debited but the transaction failed . I didn't receive any refund for the same yet.

On 30/07/2024, metro rail was stopped at RV road and we were all made to exit the station. While exiting, the guards had opened the gates for everyone to leave and did not let us scan metro card at the exit gates. On the next day, in MG road metro station, I was charged a 100 rs penalty for not showing my card at the exit gate on the previous day (i.e. 30th) in RV road. How was it my fault that they did not let us scan our card while exiting during metro hault?

I need a refund of Rs100.

The metro is at fault here and I should not be liable to pay any extra fee.

    Money transfer to a new card

    My metro card stopped working and had a balance of Rs 350. The metro authorities told me they would issue a new card and transfer the money to the new card. Since I had a spare card I requested to transfer the money to the existing card. Unfortunately I misplaced the slip provided by the metro authorities to transfer the balance to my existing card but have the card details with me.
    On requesting, they told me it was not possible...

    This is my second time complaining you and didn’t get any reply for first complaint.
    Metro construction should be stopped by 10pm everyday as per the rules. But it’s been continuing till morning. The whole the noise is very high and can’t sleep. Can’t even hear when we are trying to talk to other person in the same house. Not able to attend office calls or do work properly.
    Don’t know what’s your intention behind this. Have to stop this construction work during nights.

      Issue 1 As we are aware that a few seats are reserved for senior citizens and other needy people in every coach of metro train, but the senior citizens after boarding the train straight away come to the general seats and demand the people for vacating the seats, instead of going to the reserved seats, they leave the junior people or other non needy people enjoy their journey on the Reserved seats and trouble other co passengers on general seats. These Sr. people should be educated correctly.

      Issue 2 People are so dumb that even after announcing that playing music is prohibited and making noice while travelling in metro train is also prohibited but many people are educated but they illiterate they don't bother to follow these etiquette such people should penalize on the spot

      Suggestion - Every couch should have the list of Do's and Don'ts in the Metro train in one place rather displaying some rules on the video screens, some one stickers and some through announcements

        Staff at Krishnarajapura station being rude to elderly peoply

        Hi,
        Today, 19th June 2024, i had booked QR tickets via whatsapp for my parents from Krishnarajpura to Sir. M. Visveshwarya station and forwarded the QR code to my mothers phone.
        At the station, the entry gate scanned QR one time properly and second time there seems to be a issue in scanning.
        The staff at the station, has spoken very arrogantly to my parents and said that they would be fined. She spoke in the same manner...

        Dear team, thank you for the wonderful work. This is just as per my observation, Please provide a individual car in metro for elderly people, I see youth seating in the designated place of elderly people. And spread the knowledge of the same for all elderly people. Because most of the elderly people do not know about the 4 seats provided in car for elderly people

          Our property is a BDA site near nagawara, Part of our street ( address provided below) was acquired by metro . The street is divided into two . Metro had promised to take all care all the basic neccessity after the division of lane.
          Metro did take care of few things.However but the main concern is sewage /drainage / Security.

          1. Sewage - Our sewage is not connected properly by metro, Whenever we complaint they do a temporary fix of cleaning up, but now our street is fully filled with sewage water, we are not able to come out of houses.(Attached the video) . I suspect there is pumping of sewage in the main channel by the BMRCL which is flooding our street, request experts to analyze this.
          2. Due to the status of the street even the garbage people are not sweeping or picking up the garbage as they feel Unhygienic to come to the street.
          3. There is only blame game between BBMP and BMRCL and we are suffers
          4. As I mentioned ours is a BDA site after the partial acquisition by metro our site looks like a slum area. I have attached both the photos before and after metro acquitions .
          It really distrusting for us, that metro which is meant to better people's life has ruined our property and our lifes
          5. As our road was open towards nagarwara to commute for 4 houses but due to this change our security is at risk as unsocial elements have found this place for drinking and other activities, ladies are not able to walk past 9 o clock. We have complaint to BMRCL site engineers on this as well, I agree with them this issue should be taken by the police but these problems occurred only after metro party acquired our street without proper planning for rest o[censored]s.
          Am writing this complaint after 3 years as now the living condition in the street is unbearable.
          I request your officials to visit our street asses the damages caused by metro to our life.
          These 4 houses has students, ladies & retired people request you take immediate action in cleaning up the sewage /Drianage and security before it becomes too late.

            HI,

            I have recharged my RBL NCMC card about 1000/- Rs on 20 Mar 2024. I was unable to claim in CTT device as it shows my old balance 32.48/-. I have been following up both offline and online, but amount is not refunded or not added to card till now.

            - From offline, i have asked to visit nearest RBL Bank to resolve this issue to get my amount back

            - From Online, i always got message till date that forward to concerned team and not resolution till date.

            My old Namma metro card got damaged, When i had asked new card, they recommending to use RBL NCMC card and forced to buy when i intentionally asked Namma metro card.

            If BMRC unable to resolve customer issue, then i'm unsure why they are recommending us to buy RBL Card

            My amount has stuck at RBL NCMC Card, Kindly help me getting my amount back.

              I am going from yesvantpur to ksr bengalore railways station metro station i went to recharge counter just beside the entry gate and give the employee my metro card and 100 rupees cash to recharge my card he was solving some issues of another passenger then after solving his problem i asked him to please anna do fast then he stopped all his work and shouting at me without any reason he was saying that he will not recharge my card and he forcefully removed my card and casb out of the window and told me that he will not recharge like this i asked him.why you will not do the recharge then he told me i will not do your recharge he was only shouting at me again and again i took his photo then again i told him to do my recharge then after doing the recharge of passengers who were behind me in the quee he did my recharge. So this type of misbehaving of staff with the passengers are being done by some totally unfit emoloyees with the passengers such type of staff are totally unfit for being a namma metro employee please take an action against this staff.. thanking namma metro

                At Nation college metro station the parking staff is charging excess fee .. I parked my bike for 2 hours and according to bmrcl charts is 15rs but they demanded 30rs and insist of paying stating the is the price in the nation college station . I have attached the payment proof. Entry time 7:20 pm exit 10:55pm

                    Have u forgotten Bangalore is the hitech capital of India? People are all literate. They are not dumb. Improve ur display system for announcement. Already namma Bengaluru' s noise pollution is so high. Pls don't add to it's woes. Thanks

                        This is to inform you that
                        1. I have paid Rs 50 and told him to give ticket upto baiyappanahalli, token giver returned RS 20 back.Later realized there is a metro upto K R puram, then I returned Token and told him to update.Sir he has taken Rs20 and total is Rs30+Rs20 but did not update it but told me to pay Rs5 at K R Puram exit. when I tried to exit it was showing insufficient balance but paid Rs.5 and raised my voice about cheating.Please take care.
                        2. Aslo While travelling in metro train 3 drunk people where on the train.i had kept my luggage bag towards side. one of the drunk fellow told that move some more deep below sitting seat but i did not do. i told it is kept in proper position. the drunker kicked my bag deep inside.
                        I was travelling from Majestic to K R puram at around 7.30 pm to 7.45 pm.
