Bangalore Metro Rail Corporation — complaint regarding metro card not working | |||||
I am sachin koli my complaint is i have used my metro card from more than 2year but suddenly card was not working i have visited to jallhali metro customer service i registered complaint regarding same. But very rudely talked by hariprasad station incharge. This person doesn't even understand the problem before that only he was talking rudely. And i hv given complaint on 27th october but after 13 days also i haven't got any reply bmrcl. When visited again today then they are trying to solve the problem that also with rude behaviour. I am not happy with bmrcl regarding customer service. Kindly need full action to be taken so that same thing should not happen. I asked to show the bmrcl rules book for metro card rules but 27 th october mr. Shao station incharge denied to show it. Because that time they don't have the rule book also. Today they showed the rule book. But the are not understanding the customer problem not even trying to solve the problem also. I am frustrated because when i was asked about my complaint they are taken 4-5 hours just to give the proper answer. Was this information helpful? | |||||
