Please education the employees sitting in the ticket counter regarding the stops/destinations, when a passenger comes and ask for a particular stop rather than figuring the nearby stops they keep cooking stories with the passengers although there is a long queue waiting for the ticket, specially girls at bayyappanahalli ticket counter. Please education them regarding the area's and the nearby metro stations so that they can speed up the process, and also train them on employee etiquettes and professionalism. They just behave as they are at home or some local public spot, easily relaxing and chatting... Multiple times i have faced such scenarios waiting in the queue and the employee at the ticket counter is either slow in her process or spending time with unnecessary talks either with passengers or colleagues. Once a passenger questions they just behave rude with no mannerism.. Please recruite educates and train them before you deploy them to their respective jobs. Was this information helpful? |
