[Resolved] Bangalore Metropolitan Transport Corporation [BMTC] — behaviour of the driver and conductor

I was travelling from kengeri to hebbal. And the bus was crowded as usual at 10.20am. I thought the first seat is reserved for conducter anf stood. Driver suddenly yelled at me and asked me to sit on that seat. Which was very rude. As he asked me to sit, i thought its concern and ignored and sat on the first seat.

Few minutes later conducter will come and asked me to get up. Frok the seat. Even though all the other seats were full.

I understand they will be frustrated but doesn't mean they will have to behave in such a manner.. Why is the public becoming target here..

Dear sir
Daily I travel from Sony signal to Indiranagar. In this road mostly the conductor are not giving ticket.
Mostly they will do with north east lady. If we will ask for ticket they will escape. Bus number K 57 F 474 (201J). I hope you will take strictly action.
