Did not stop bus at bus stop

I had an emergency and had to go in 501c bus. As it is rare i had to wait for it. Even after waiting for long time driver didn't stop the bus at bus stop. Never relay om bmtc worst service vehicle no. : KA41D2363...

Student pass not allowing in BMTC Flyover buses

We have noticed that BMTC flyover buses flying from Electronics city Wipro gate to Silk board (356CW) not allowing student travel in flyover buses.in addition to express buses flying in between Attibele to Banashankari & Majestic buses also not allowing.
Student are facing lot issues & they are not able to reach school & colleges in timely.
We are requesting concerned BMTC authority to take necessary action to allow the student...

refund request for cancelled qr ticket 120 deducted on 06-08-2025

Dear BMTC Customer Support,

I am writing to formally request a refund for a QR ticket I booked for travel from Krishnarajapura to Magadi Road on[protected]. I cancelled the ticket twice, and a total of ₹120 was deducted from my account. However, I have not yet received the refund.

Despite multiple attempts to escalate the issue via phone, I have not received any response. I kindly request that the refund amount...

Request for refund , excess payment of 340rs instead of 34rs

I am writing to bring to your attention on accidental overpayment made during bus fare transaction, silk board to electronic city via 356CW.

Shortage of Buses

I am regular traveler in Bidadi route to Majestic, nowadays unable to get

Excess Bus Fare Payment

Today while making a payment through UPI, I paid Rs 28 instead of Rs 18 for fare from Kadugodi Metro station to Sai Lakshmi Bus stop. There is no way the conductor can make any refund it seems. Hi Sir/Mam,

I'm Urmila from Andhra Pradesh. I'm working for a less salary in some company. I used to travel from BTM layout to East End. I absorbed very rude behavior from the conductors where they are not providing any tickets and taking extra money and not giving change. If we are asking for to give at least the extra change, they are not responding and going back side as our stop coming. This happened 4 times in this week. The bus is not even rush where they can't give ticket. This is very bad from BMTC bus no 27 which is going to Jayanagar 4th block at 8.50 am. I will file a consumer court if this is not resolved for me.

    Mobile phone stolen from bust stop

        Shortage of 411-D Bus

        Address: Bangalore

        There is a huge shortage of Bus no. 411-D. Looks like there is only 1 bus for this route at present. Request BMTC to introduce more number of buses for this route.

        Also, there is a shortage of 201-D buses, due to which many times we have to take private buses....

        Today i was waiting at Domlur bus stop to board bus to Marthahalli at around 12.50 PM. After few mins of waiting, KA01F9006 and KA57F1287 buses (335E)came together. i waved my hand and they saw me. But they were in hurry to pass the signal and both the buses did not stop at the bus stop. Another volvo bus also came after few mins and that bus also did not stop. All the 3 buses were almost empty. I got the bus numbers from the digital display board at the bus stop. I couldn't grab the number of third bus. this behavior of drivers/conductors made me to wait for longer time and wasted my time.

          No employee at Seetharampalya metro during peak hours

          As metro is for people, but people working at metro Seetharampalya are just taking salary without giving duty
          1. Always one person at ticket counter
          2. More than 3 ticket counters are there (which is constructed simply)
          3. During peak hours that one person from ticket counter goes for breakfast or break
          4. People had to borrow tickets from customer care counter after bag and security check

            Didnt receive a refund for the BMTC metro ticket

            The route g2 mg road to sarjapura in the morning as well the evening the the frequency is very low u miss one bus the waiting time is almost half an hour for the next bus and is always crowded. Pls increase the no of buses so that the passengers don't feel any inconveniences.
            201 which travels same route should also be increased

              I m new to Bangalore city, I visited my friends in Mantri square and heading back to my pg (which is located at Peenya). I gave 50 rupees and asked for metro to Peenya, the staff gave me two coins. Since I m new to metro. I thought it was supposed give 1 at each station and there i found that people were scanning and did the same, then I thought staff had mistakenly given me two. Moving on, in peenya metro station metro gate. The token didn’t work, the staff asked me to pay 3 rupees to pass. I questioned them why, there were two woman and one man. This man came out of the cabin asked me if I was drunk. I got offended and asked him to take a drug test. He started screaming and swearing in Kannada and told me “You ugly ### had come to work here, you don’t tell me what to do”. Then I told I’ll pay the amount and told him not to speak like this, he again said “boli maga beverse” (it is a bad word in Kannada). Then, when I asked for his name, he pulled out the phone and started taking pictures of me. I request you to kindly go through the security footage and take action against that man. I assure you that, I’ll give my full cooperation against this.
