As I got on to Volvo bus on 15th December at 8:30 am at kalena Agrahara. I gave the conductor a 500 rupee note and took the ticket to Bannerughatta and he did not give me the change and when I asked for it he told to be seated and would give later. I went and asked for change near jelly machine stop and he gave me all 10 rupee notes and by the time I could count my stop had arrived and which he didn’t give me the complete change. It was 42 rupees for the ticket and he gave me 358 and I was not able to count properly and had to get down immediately which made a loss of 150 rupees the Volvo bus...

Hi, i have been a frequent traveller in this bmtc busses from hebbal to yelahanka. But always i have noticed an issue with gents occupying ladies seats.in spite of we asking to vacate they male passengers do not react. This is a situation from past few months. There has to be some strict action taken against this. And the conductors have to fullfill their duty by collecting 100rs fine on a male occupying a ladies seat. This issue was faced even today in bmtc bus no. 298m.

Dear sir,

It is to inform you that, i boarded on bmt bus registration no ka57 f0633 from mayohall to marathahalli on 11th dec 2017.
There was some crowed and the conductor of said vehicle misbehaved, abused me in presence of other public commuters and dragged and dropped my laptop bag.

Due cause, my laptop, laptop bag and mobile got damaged and a huge loss to the undersigned. Vehicle and driver details are enclosed for your perusal.

Request you to take appropriate disciplinary action against the driver and recover my loss amount out of his salary.

There are very buses from tcpalya to ramamurthy nagar. Even alloted few buses do not come and go in time. Pathetic planning for bmtc buses towards this route. There are thousands of people using this route bus. There are no mf2 buses, 301e/f as they wish and stop at the bustop for longer time and never start the bus in time.. They dont even strict to a fixed time. People wait hours in the bustop to reach destination. Request you to increase more buses to this route and make sure driver come and go at the strict timings....

Dear sir
I am a regular passenger traveling from doddabommasandra to majestic from past 9 years
This complaint is to tell you about the rude attitude of the bus conductor and driver of the bus number 276. I don't know their name so i can't mention it. He didn't stop the bus at the bus stop and these guys are arguing with me that can't you walk a few distance and catch the bus.
If these guys ask like that then why are the bus stops for???
They can't stop the buses as their wish.
I hope you'll take the necessary action again these guys

I just travel from humimavu gate to layola collage. I will be travelling in this same root for last 6 month for rs5. The cundoctor give me the ticket from bilekahalli to gottigare (Rs10). Even i ask ask he didn't give a proper answer.
This was one on the bad experiance with bmtc. Please make necessary action about this kind of thief which work in public service....

Sir,
The starting point of phs bus no 330 c from vidhana soudha to basavanagar has been changed recently opposite to high court. Earlier it was starting behind vikas soudha. As a result many officials working in vidhana soudha, vikasasoudha ag, s office, ms building residing in domolur murugespalya hal, basavanagar are finding it difficult in reaching home moreover the bus also leaves before 5.30 much before the closure of office hours.
Hence it is requested to restore the starting point of phs bus no 330c in the evening from where all the phs buses starts.

Bus number - ka01 fa 0737 and the ticket no : 8744.

I was travelling from esteem mall to yelhanka police station.
The conductor has taken rs.20 rupees and gave me the ticket for rs. 15 but haven't returned me the change. When i asked about the change, he said he doen't have it and previously, i have seen him holding the rs.5 in his hand.

This rs.5 doesn't matter to me anyways but can save many other people who are suffering like me because of this conductor's behaviour....

1. The driver closed the door though there was a girl standing near the door havimg no other option. The door hit the girl pretty hard.

Everyday i am travelling to itpl from hal policestation. I observed for every one hour only one ordinary bus travelling to itpl. The ratio is like 15:1, if 15 vathuru or whitefield buses only one itpl ordinary bus.in meantime 10 ac buses are passing that to half of them are empty buses. Why bmtc don't care about ordinary buses. Due to less frequency the comimg buses are fully occupied and over rush. Is this really required for a common man. Thats why common man opting for private bus. This is the reason private travels are more doing there business in bangalore and this the reason for more traffic....

Bus reg no ka 57 f 1107. I had traveled in this bus twice from rupesh hotel to bonnasandra, where the ticket cost rs 5. The conductor had never given me change even though he has enough chance in his hand. After i had taken ticket, another passenger had given 5 rs. I had demanded to give the balance, and the conductor don't even ready to give it.
I had experienced twice from the same bus. The same issue is being faced the same situations and and i had witnessed the same. Please take necessary actions to control these kind actions being happening from the bus. The bus no is bc 3a/5...

This morning i boarded 334e (Hosakote - domlur) at sai lakshmi bus stop.
Vehicle num: ka01 fa1779
I was at the bus stop and as soon as i saw the bus approaching, i came out of the bus stop to board the bus. The bus stopped and as soon as i got into the bus, the driver started shouting at me at high pitch saying i should have waved at the bus and requested him to stop. He said in kannada "sumne kayyi katkondu ninthkondidyalwa? Kayyi thorsi nilsokagalwa?". He was mocking at me in a real insulting way.

My first question is, "bus stop" itself means a place to halt the bus,...

We dont get buses to kalyan nagar from domlur. At times 1 bus in an hour. While we have 15-20 of 201 series buses in an hour most of which where very minimal passengers travel, we are left waiting for an hour for 8 and 412 buses to arrive. To add on, you at times find 2 buses one behind the other n no bus for next one hour. Frequency to be increased to atleast one bus in half an hour...

Dear sir/madam,

I am a regular passenger past from many years, hereby i had obseved that there are not frequent buses towrds lagaree & studio (From jalahalli cross) we passangers will be waiting for the buses more than half an hour buses, this problem we are facing from many years. I request you to assgin the buses to the above said route.
And one more thing is that the conductors will not initiate to stop in bus stops & it leads to accident & also a unwanted fights with those people.

I request you to take the action aganist the above mentioned things.

The conductor misbehaved with me as the permanent address is written on my id card which doesn't match with my current address.. He told me to get down from the bus or take the ticket as he thought i was travelling via wrong route.. I want u to take strict action against him and choose a literate conductor so that he can read the address properly and do not misbehave with any women...

Today, ie, on 25-nov, i was standing for g2 at bellandur gate from 1:05pm to 2:30pm for going to mg road (Bangalore). But there was no trace of g2 bus. The app shows many bus timing.

This has caused immense problem for me..

I was having very important work to complete at mg road, bangalore.

Who will listen?

Who cares?

Bmtc please listen and do not put citizen in trouble.

I hav uploaded the pic which bus i was travelling from east end busstop to sony signal 201d bus no ka-01fa-1332i asked for a ticket to sony signal which is rupee 17th but this person gave ticket for indranagar police station which charges around 20 this isn't the first time am facing this problem i want to take strict action towards this conductor wen i asked him he said i did that by mistake it's a complete lame excuse...

Today i took bus ka-01 fa971 from nagawara to kempapura and the conductor charged 10rs. When i asked for ticket first he was not ready to give, but when i forced him to give me than he give me ticket of rs5 and then just moved away. If does this with me, he must be taking money from others like this, which is not correct. This is not the first time this happened with me... Many conductors behave like this. Some strict action must be taken....

I travelled in the bmtc bus reg no ka-53-f-126 through electronic city phase 1 route at about 7:45 pm today. I got into the bus from neeladri and i was supposed to go till electronic city. The bus was full and people were hanging in the door step. Me and my friend got into the bus n we were standing in the door step itself. So that we couldn’t able to get the tickets and the conductor was at the back door. From the next stop 3 ticket checkers got in and were asked us to pay the fine of 250 rs. And they stopped the bus at elec city and were arguing us to pay the money. We were 4 girls n 2 men....

Sir

The bus 316v in the route byappanhalli to kr puram is not come on right time. Especially if the driver is manju nath.. He is taking his own sweet time to start the bus. The timings varies from 6.45 the 7.15 in morning. This is problem for all the public who are depending on this bus during morning hours. So mang students and daily labourers are de po e being on this bus.

Take this as a serious issue...
