Driver of the BMTC 212 route bus with registration number KA-57-F-3540 in which I was traveling from Tataguni to Banashankari was driving recklessly, endangering the life of pedestrians and other vehicles on the road. The bus was overspeeding and trying to overtake every vehicle on the road by honking continuously. also, the bus conductor was trying to scam passengers by not giving required change for the bus ticket. Overall, it was a horrible experience. I request the authorities to look into this matter to prevent it happening once again and ruining the reputation of our BMTC....

I am one of the daily passenger of bmtc. After the office around 7:30 pm i got a bmtc bus with above registered number at forum checkpost to bommanahalli. I gave 15 rupees to the conductor and he didn't issued ticket. I asked him thrice and he is asking me to wait. If some checking people comes means passengers will be blamed for these mistakes.
Please give counselling to the employees about these things. Due to these type things not only people but also bmtc will also be lose something like money, faith etc.

Hi team,

I was travelling from madiwala to vishwapriya layout.. I reached vishwapriya layout begur road at 9:25pm on oct 18th 2019.. Driver was supposed to give me 5 rs change, i asked him to give the change when my stop came and while giving he whistled and bus moved.. I told to stop the bus and he asked me to get down in next stop.. Being a lady how can i get down in unknown stop at 9:30pm.. When i asked him to stop the bus, he started quarreling and dint stop.. Bus moved further and dropped me somewhere in between... This is not at all acceptable.. Now a days all the citizens...

Driver didn't stop at the bus stop and when i got into the bus by catching a running n bus n asked him he started argument with me and scolded me me very badly he didn't even care i was a girl and started misbehaving n using vulgar words he told that i don't have any rights to ask him why he didn't stop the bus there is lack of buses to kbs if he didn't stop then i need to wait for a long time for another bus he doesn't seemed to be concerned about public he was behaving as if i got into his personal vehicle how can common people go in public transport like bmtc, ksrtc or railways everywhere there...

Today i. E on 18/10/2019 morning at 9 am in banashankari traffic signal (Towards kr market, opposite anjaneya temple) your route no.211e which is bmtc depot 20 operated bus hit to my car from backside... When i asked driver by name vajrappa... Replied rudely and shouted like "what can i do... Traffic is more and i didn't see your car. Go and lodge a complaint with police..."
The bus was full... So i felt like if i go to police and lodge a compliant all the passengers will be troubled, both the vehicles should be in front of the police..
So i brought my grievance to you... Please make...

Hi,

My name is jackson, everyday i take a bus from majestic to basaveshwar nagar (Bus no.96), i know the conductor as well, but yesterday (17 october, 2019) it was some other conductor who had been in the bus, who insisted me to get down 1 stop before my stop pavithra paradise & took right shortcut towards basaveshwar depot, when i told him to drop me at the stop, he told me get down here itself, i had to walk in pitch dark to my house which is almost 1km, i called bmtc helpline no[protected] & complained, he heard & directly hung up my call without taking complaint. I did not...

I am jamuna,

I am working in j. P nagar 4th phase i don't know why there is no transport from jp nagar 4th phase to j p nagar 6th phase route. Because im am seeing many ppl want to trvell in that routine. It will be great help to go via jp nagar 4th phase-dalmia circle-puttenahalli fly over-j. P. Nagar 6th phse-sarakki signal-towards kanakpura road.

Today i have seen conductor misbehaving senior citizen. That old person gave 10 rs note. Conductor was scolding he dont have change.. Infact he has change.. Even he didnt give ticket to that old person. He was asking ticket multiple times.. Proper action must be taken on that conductor.. Bus was empty and he has change.. Although he was insulting that old person.

This bus is going to 290 shivajinagar.

Today 17-10-19, @ 7:35am, morning, lady commuters and school / college going children waiting near depot44 gate as usual for daily travel, driver and conductor playing merigo round with buses not stopping to get into bus. Purposely they dont stop even though letter from lbsnrwa assn is given to ho, appraised depot manager many times. This is usual. Kindly put a full stop for this behaviour of staff and instruction to stop in notice form deduct wages if any complaint occurs. Vp v. Nandakumar [protected]....

Suprem court orderd don't play music through mobile loud speakers and don't creat noice in public transport. But college students are playing songs 3 times i complained to conductors, and 2 times i tried to inform about new supreme court orders to that college guys. No one will hear my words. Please strictly take action about this things.

All buses are making calls to eachother and maintaining there timings by slowing down to make a way for other buses which were delayed due to there personal reason.

It takes hardly 1hr in morning to travel to electronic city but they are taking 1:45 min... Very rearly i am reaching for 1hr from past 5 months hardly reached twice or thrice for one hr... Always they are making delay.

If i took bus around 5:20 am or 5:45 am both will reach electronic city for same timings.

Can't explain toomuch sir... Need some improvement.

Kindly provide the exact return routes taken by kia-4 and kia-6.
Sometimes the buses pass in front of canara bank on millers road straight towards coles road, opp the mosque and sometimes the buses take the nandidurga extension road taking a right turn to coles road.
Kindly provide the exact route as the bus does not stop for customers to board even at designated stops....

I boarded bmtc bus today from itpl bigbazar bus number ka01faz09 at 7.35 pm while i offered conductor 100 rs note he was extremely rude and was fouling me in native language and ordered me to get down when i disagree he pushed me and ordered the same. As i was single lady and it was not even a busstop i was feeling helpless and panicked by his behavior and then he stoped the bus for 5 minutes stating he will start the bus once i get down then some how i had to beg money from my co passanger and buy the ticket.

It was a horrible experience in karnataka...

My daughter is studying in vbr college and the college timing is 8am to 8pm and the conductor abused in very bad manner he pushed her out of bus in next stop after having all the required documents the bus number is ka 57 f3432 i request you this need to be taken as the immediate action because there would be less busses and students leaving at this time would face lot of difficulties he has used worst language which can be told its my humble request that u take it as important complaint thanks in advance.

There are very few busses from high grounds, racecourse road to majestic or market. There is a gap of 15-20 minutes between the buses, sometimes more. Some busses they don’t stop and sometimes after some people get in they start moving, they don’t give time to get in and make place for others. There is a metro station, vidhanasoudha metro station, but no bus connectivity, we have to walk for 20 minutes amidst the traffic or take an auto both the ways (From metro station to telephone exchange and vice-versa). Please do the needful, it is very difficult to travel....

So i've been waiting at the shantinagar bus stop (Outside ttmc) from forty-five minutes, waiting for one or the other connection to ashrama. There has not been a single bus towards ashrama though google maps shows that 4 have already passed by. More buses are required at peak times! There are 10 other passengers here just waiting for the public transportation but i guess it doesn't matter to them!...

I boarded a bus to itpl big bazaar at 9:25 am at horamavu, the ticket costs rs.58, i paid rs.100 for the same at the time of boarding.
The same bus changes the route number at big bazaar to silk board (Route 500 na), i continued in the same bus to reach my final destination (Satya sai), the cost of the ticket from big-bazaar to satya sai is rs. 10.

I used to travel from nelamangala to mallathalli (Dr. Ait college).
While applying for student bus pass i gave goraguntepalya as place of change over, but the bus conductor of above mentioned vehicle refused me from traveling in the bus from gotaguntepalya, in spite of me showing the bmtc application form about place of change over..
Above all the was very rude and taking very badly..
One of the worst conductors, i have ever come across. Just unfit to serve as public servant..

Sir / madam, bmtc bus route 501c, reg ka 57-f-3424 going towards hebbal flyover from kuvempu circle at 10:20 pm today, tuesday, oct 15, 2019 came so fast and crossed the signal even though it was red for him.
At this time, i came perpendicularly from sadashivnagar police station to kuvempu circle and was turning right towards hebbal flyover because i had the green signal to turn.
