Respected Sir/Madam, I am raising an complaint on the misbehaviour of the Bus pass issuer at SRINAGAR Bust Stop. Situation: The bus issuer handover the change of notes which were torn, the money couldn't be transacted for any other transactions when I asked to rechange the notes, the bus issuer denied having a change, he asked me to get the change, I asked him I will change it in the evening as I am a local citizen and I commute every day from the same bus stop. I was trying to find a ray of hope and solution answer from the person so that I couldn't miss my bus timing, as I was commuting for my work. But however I sensed that in this world there is no loyalty nor humanity hence I returned back asking him to give me that 500 INR note i will get the change for him, and also ensured to keep my bus pass with him, he denied to give me the change and started the argument and starting misbehaving. This is how I understand our country runs under the tolerance of such ignorant government officials who cannot serve the public. Hope the actions are taken to tell such officers to serve the public with appropriate behaviour. Was this information helpful? | |||

Further this is to inform that it is the responsibility of commuters to provide exact change amount for the pass and co-operate, since the crew are not given any change for their duty.
