I am a student of new horizon college of engineering.. I had applied for the student pass on 22nd november 2018 (From domlur to devarbesanahalli) i had done online payment of ₹1870.. Transaction id:mgov[protected]. The amount has been deducted from my account but when i went to majestic for the pass they are telling that the payment was failed.. Nd they don't have any documents of my student pass.. So i kindly request to initiate my refund.. And fix this failure of bmtc website..

Updated by Akash kumar nath The amount has been deducted from my account they had said refund will be initiated but i dint get any notification.. or message of refund..and it's been one month since i had made the transaction..
