Bangalore Metropolitan Transport Corporation [BMTC] — bus conductor behavior

Today i visited bangalore. When i was going from tin factory to bayappanhalli metro station i took bus whose bus number is ka-57-f-0438. The bus conductor misbehave with and became physical to me and he pushed me at the end of bus just because i was not understanding what is he saying. Is this the way how bmtc employees behave with outside visitors? This was ridiculous. I am requesting bmtc to take strict action against this. So that this will not repeat with others.
