I have got in BMTC noraml Bus from Manyata tech park to Hennur main road. Bus was 500 series and bus number might be 4806 (or might be 4860). I asked for hennur main road ticket but conductor took 10 RS and went back side of bus to collect tickets, I requested him 3 to 4 times but still he did not turned. Finally I called him to give ticket as my stop is near, while returning change also he is not ready to give full money back. By the time Driver started moving bus from my stop, finally I got down 200 mt far from my bus stop. This kind of behavior is really hurt lot and after paying money if we get treated like this mean other people will start giving money to conductor and get down in their bus stops. Please take appropriate action and conductor or driver rude behavior is not acceptable. We are not taking BMTC service for free, we are paying for it.

BMTC regrets the inconvenience caused, Taking note of your complaint direction has been issued to concerned depot authority to take necessary action against the erring crew and also line checking staff will be deputed on the said route to conduct surprise line check and to take necessary action against the erring crew for his lapses.
