Bangalore Metropolitan Transport Corporation [BMTC] — Bus conductor cheated me with Rs. 55 for single ticket of Rs. 20 and abused me verbally in kannada while I asked for my money back

I traveled in the bus route from KR Puram Govt Hospital to Shivajinagar Bus Station route on 24th july morning 10 30, I asked a ticket which is of Rs. 25 I gave him 50 and asked the balance, he instead gave me Rs. 20 and told me i gave him 20 alone and asked me to give the price for entire ticket Rs. 25. He verbally abused me in kannada and cheated me because I spoke in Tamil. He threatened me to give Rs. 25, so I gave him, there is no help for me in this place. Proper action should be taken against him.
