Bangalore Metropolitan Transport Corporation [BMTC] — Bus conductor not allowing passengers to take the bus.

From hopefarm signal to Hoskote, after getting on the bus, conductor refused to give the ticket and made many o[censored]s get down from the bus very rudely.

If conductors are so reluctant to give ticket and want the passengers to only agree with their instructions, BMTC needs to bring the concept of customer first with their staff.
