Bangalore Metropolitan Transport Corporation [BMTC] — Bus conductor refused to provide tickets even after paying the fare

On 11-Nar-2023 around 2-2:30 pm, my friend and I availed the BMTC public transport from koli form gate to Doddathogur cross, electronic city-560100. I was charged rupees 40 (20/- per person) as bus fare however, the conductor refused to give the tickets even after asking multiple times continuously. As a consumer not I was denied the tickets even after paying the transportation fare. The bus no. KA-01FA-1683
