Bangalore Metropolitan Transport Corporation [BMTC] — Bus hesitating to stop

KA 57 4866 numbered bus running through madiwala to majestic is not stopping at the Nexus mall stop for the passengers. It is difficult for us at the time of going to the office, schools and colleges. This is happening at the time of 8.50 am. Kindly do the needful.
