[Resolved] Bangalore Metropolitan Transport Corporation [BMTC] — bus not stopping at scheduled bus stop

I am from devagere..
We have very limited busses on our routes..
In that the available buses are not serving properly... Like following

Bus route no 229 scheduled to gaviyanapalya is not stopped at the bus stop on 3td jan 2020 (6:30 pm) at nayandahalli metro station.
This is not the first time..
Every time they do like this..
Please take necessary actions...

Updated by Preetha Jayanth The above mentioned bus (229) is also not comfortable for travelling.
It has 5seats in a row, handles are too high & it too difficult for an average person to hold..
