Hello,
I lost my bus smart card (With bar code) or it was stolen maybe. It is hard for me to pay 40 rupees daily for the ticket. I have money problems. Can you please assist me for any solution. Do i have an option for getting a duplicate card. What should i do? Please help me!!
I am a second puc student.
I hereby request you to please solve my case.

Bangalore Metropolitan Transport Corporation [BMTC] Customer Care's response Dear Sir,
Once you lost the pass it is not possible to take that as duplicate pass you have to buy the new one in( Majestic) for the rest of the month along with the fine amount.
