Sir/madam,

From shivajinagar bus stop to madivala/saint john's/silkboard bus stop there are no bus available from 7:30 pm to 9 pm. Even if time table is there but no buses comes.. We have to wait for 2-3 hours daily to get a single bus. When bus comes 100 to 120 peoples try to board at once.. One day someone will loose his/her life.. My friend nearly got injured. Please increase the buses on this route or fix the time.. Waiting for your response..

Bangalore Metropolitan Transport Corporation [BMTC] Customer Care's response Dear Sir,

This is to inform you that from shivajinagar to beguru route no 362-C 362-E 15 schedule are being operating and by making one change over in brigade road you can avail route no.G-2 and G3 buses so pl avail the service and co-op with bmtc.
