[Resolved] Bangalore Metropolitan Transport Corporation [BMTC] — conductor misbehaved
I travelled in a bmtc volvo bus in bangalore today from kadubeesanahalli to karthik nagar in an airport bus # ka 57 f 343 (@ 5.45 pm on august 23 2017). Since i did not had exact change, i gave the conductor 101 rs for 21 rs ticket. He asked me to give change, and i said i don't have. Soon he started shouting at me and asked me to get out of the bus. Since it was too late for me and my kids were waiting for me at day care, i did not get out of the bus. The bus was stopped for few minutes to send me out @ marathahalli bridge, but i was not ready to go out. He finally gave me a ticket and asked me to wait until my stop to give the change. I agreed, and evenafter having enough change, he was not paying me. Moreover he was insulting me in front of other travelers in kannada (He thought i didn't understand). As soon as the bus reached my stop, i asked him for change and he gave all torn notes. I refused to take and after few minutes he gave me good notes. Through out my travel i had to go through a lot of pain. Despite being a woman, he gave me no respect. After paying volvo bus a high charge, the service i got was very poor. Kindly request to take necessary action against him Was this information helpful?

Can I know what was the action taken ? I really think this is the standard answer given for many such complaints and nothing really done to improve the behaviour of the crew.
