Bangalore Metropolitan Transport Corporation [BMTC] — conductor not providing proper change for the customer/public traveling | |
The bus number is ka 01 f 4700 and 171 is route number i was traveling with my friends to lalbagh from koramangala, and the fair per person was 17 and when i gave him 200rs note he didn't accept, and asked to give 34rs for 2person 1person had bus pass, then we gave 100rs and he gave us back 60rs and remaining 6rs he didn't give he told he will at the dropping point, while getting down the bus we asked him the change he arguing with us to provide 4rs so that he will give us 10rs, if we had the change we would have given at the first place itself. Even though he had the change he didn't give full change back he only have 2rs back. If it is 1rupee means ignoring is fine but what is the problem in giving our money back, we were not asking him to give his money. I know that from 4rs and all nothing will change, but it will not happen with us only, like us it will happen with many people. If the customer doesn't give proper fair means conductor will not allow us inside the bus only. Then can't they give us our money back. Was this information helpful? | |
