Ka -57 f 3328 this is my ongoing travel complain i have took bus from multiplex marathahalli the conductor have given me ticket from kadubesanhalli. I asked for the ticket charge from. Multiplex he didn't listen asking me amount 23 rs i paid 20 and i was abt to pay 3 rs as i don't have change i gave him 10 rs he was running with tht money wen i asked fellow passenger to communicate he gave me another r ticket for five rs and took my prev ticket. This is really absur behavior of conductors towards pass ngers. I m a daily traveller to bmtc

Bus frequency is very less in Agara to Sarjapur route especially in the evenings. There are more than 50 person in approx are struggling due to this per trip. We have to wait more than 40 mins to get a bus to this route

Please do the needful.
