[Resolved]  Bangalore Metropolitan Transport Corporation [BMTC] — forgot to collect the change from bmtc collector

I have taken the BMTC AC bus from Kadubeesanahalli Bus station to Karthik nagar bus station on 500D bus, on 03/12/2019 (Tuesday). The ticket fare was 53 rupees.
I gave the conductor 500 rupee note and additional 3 rupees change. I am supposed to get back 450 rupees back, but conductor wrote on back of the ticket.
I have forgot to collect the amount and got down in rush.
I have attached the bus ticket. Please help in getting back my change.
