Bangalore Metropolitan Transport Corporation [BMTC] — Frequency of bus and route not followed

Been facing issue with bus frequency in the route Indiranagar to Kalyan nagar. Need to wait for an hour or more at times to get the bus and they don't stop at the bus stops and we need to get in front to have them stop. Also they make passengers get down before the last stop at Jalvayu as they get late
