My daughter who is only 15 years old travels to her college by metro. Today she had Rs 100.and she had to go to Rajajinagar from Peenya. But these people.on counter were very rude.to her and her friend and refused to give tickets as they dint have change. What type of behaviour. When she pleaded that she was getting late for college, then man on counter, (refused to tell.his name) started abusing in shouting in Kannada. This is not the first time.Many a times.I travel by metro and this has happened with me also. How can you expect the passenger to always keep the change ? If they don't have change, we might also not have. Pathetic behaviour. They have made it fully government office like. Very disappointing.
