Bangalore Metropolitan Transport Corporation [BMTC] — I am complaining about the service I got got from BMTC for not giving me the balance amount

I was travelling from Corporation to MG Statue on 15.03.23. The ticket charge is Rs. 5/- and I gave the conductor Rs. 10/- . He did not give me the balance Rs. 5/-. This is not the first time it is happening to me. Another time, when I was travelling in the same route, the conductor told me they did not have change to give me back and kept the Rs. 10/- without giving me the balance Rs.5/-
I request the authorities concerned to take strict action against this.
