[Resolved] Bangalore Metropolitan Transport Corporation [BMTC] — irregular service of route no 287 q/1 - depot 30

Dear Sir, this is my 4th complaint regarding irregular service of route 287Q/1 plying from Depot 30 Yelahanka. The bus does not ply on Sundays and public holidays, reason ????? This is the only bus from Boopsandra via R T Nagar to Shivajinagar and irregular service is effecting office goers and also non availability on Sunday makes church goers uncomfortable. yesterday being sunday there was no bus, no bus on sunday means no bus on Monday also. There was no bus on 23rd Sept and 24th Sept also. why do you operate the service at all when you do not have a bus to ply from Depot 30. WE did not have any problem when route was operating from Depot 2 kindly solve the problem once and for all without repeating the same. thanks mamatha Was this information helpful? No (0) Yes (0)

Iam mallkarjuna HK I applied the BMTC pass but it's cancelled due to enrollment number and I paid the amount from online and then the amount vwas not refunded to the account I want to now the status of refunding the amount into the account
