Today morning[protected] from Chanshandra I took BMTC bus at around 5:45 A.M. for ITPL and issued non A.C. day pass (Rs 70). Actually I had to go to majestic. So I took bus from ITPL and that time I came to know that the conductor of previous bus had issued Sunday pass. He punched correct day, month and gender.
Conductor of majestic bus told that to give complain at majestic and they will refund the amount. I went to enquire counter to ask where I have to give complain. They told they can't do anything. I have to go and search bus and take the refund or take new pass.
They suggested platform No 17 as that bus was traveling to Tin factory. It was very difficult to find that bus as I wasn't knowing bus number.
I request you to please take some action against that conductor because at same time he issued day pass to other 4members and definitely they also faced the same issue as I faced. Generally in hurry we don't notice these type of error.
For your reference I can provide you the pass number- 2497015. It might help you to track the bus and conductor.
