Bangalore Metropolitan Transport Corporation [BMTC] — Lack of 314 buses to C V Raman Nagar - 2 nd attempt to complain in portal as there was no action taken since the 1st complaint

I am filing this complaint based on the experience since last few weeks...there is a real shortage of buses to C V RamanNagar area during peak hours 7 to 10 a.m and from 4 to 7 pm .

There are many senior citizens and working employees towards LRDE and Bagmane Techpark who are waiting for the buses.BMTC being a public service provider should be responsible enough to look into these concerns from public .

People are waiting for 1 to 1 .30 hours and not even a single bus is in service during week days .

Request the concerned authorities at BMTC to solve this scarcity of buses to help the public to have easy connectivity.
