We(two o[censored]s) bought tickets from Sony World Signal to Koramangala Water Tank from bus MF-6 (KA 01 F 4954 as given in ticket and KA 01 F 4860 as written inside the bus) on 19/12/2022 at around 12:06pm. This bus has stoppages at two Koramangala Water Tank as given in the attached screenshot from BMTC.
We were supposed to get down at Koramangala Water Tank after the signal near Water Tank. However, there was huge traffic and as we were getting late for our meeting, we asked the bus driver to let us get down at the red signal. In spite of trying to persuade him to let us out, he refused to open the doors and both the conductor and the driver verbally abused us in Kannada on the context that we did not get down at the previous Water Tank stop which was barely 6-7 meters behind.
Not only that, they did not open the doors at the water tank stop after the signal and instead drove all the way to Krupanidhi College stop missing designated bus stops in between just to harass us. We are very disappointed by such misconduct and service by BMTC employees. We urge you to look into this matter with utmost seriousness in order to stop such harassments which happen to many other non-regional speakers residing in Bangalore.
