I am a PhD Scholor in Christ University Bengaluru. Today I get on the BMTC bus KA57F949 from chandapura to Christ university bus stop on[protected] at 7.55 a.m. I have a prepaid online monthly pass valid till[protected]. I have tried to validate the pass by myself but only the pop came up and it was not updated on the page. I tried so many times and still it was the same due to the server problem. I was facing the same, server issue for two-three days. even it is slow it will get updated after some time. But today the bus conductor misbehaved and forced me to get down from the bus in between. Even though I asked him for making the conductor validation, he was not ready for that by saying he can't carry a scanner all the time. I lost a whole day of research and my attendance because of the issue. I booked the pass by trusting the online application and this is the issue that a lot of people are facing. Please either provide a better working version of this app or provide a scanner to every bus conductor and take action on the misbehaved Bus conductors.
