Hi all,
1st of the month morning, i am not getting monthly volvo bus pass and the conductor is issuing tickets and telling me to check somewhere else, pass is not available, worst service by bmtc and need to immediately lodge a complaint about this issue, mainly first thing early morning of 1st month there is no pass available👌👌✅✅, and without a word conductor issuing tickets... Bus 600nl from vijayanagar to ec phase 1...9.20 am timings...

For your reference I am attaching the ticket copy, request you guys make sure at least for 2 days, monthly pass available with conductor.
Really was annoying not to get the volvo monthly pass on 1st of the month morning itself saying pass not available with me...
