[Resolved]  Bangalore Metropolitan Transport Corporation [BMTC] — monthly pass validity

I had obtained pass for the month of may early and used it on 29th april. I know that monthly passes are valid from 28th of previous month. Attached below is response from bmtc customer care on this. Still the conductor insisted on seeing old pass, which i didn't have. He also insisted that rules have changed 6 months ago and that i pay money. This is bad customer service.

As per rules, for getting new pass old pass should be surrender & new pass is valid from 28th of previous month further your complaint has been registered and forwarded to concerned depot for further action this is your docket no for your further reference bmtcc10205045.
