After observation of several times, I want to bring two kinds of complaints to your kind notice and suitable action., please.
Route No.15-K only one trip in the morning from Ilias Nagar to Shivajinagar trip timings between 9 a.m. and 10 a.m.
Complaint No.1. :
I notice that pilferage by way not issuing tickets for small distances in between stages is a corrupt practice. There are hardly commuters in this route. Therefore he takes it as granted that no checking will come.
Complaint No.2. :
The behaviour of conductor is not good and does not care for the commuters. He does not answer properly to the commuters when they ask the route via market or vidhana soudha, etc.,
During discussion with fellow commuters, the same complaint is heard.
He spoils the driver's attitude also because of his wrong doings.
In all probability a transfer to other route particularly avoiding him in the morning trip that is the only trip leaving Ilias Nagar at around 9 a.m is a better solution.
As a matter of fact, this is the better course of action if BMTC authorities really taking this in to cognizance, as commuters have no prejudice or vengeance against BMTC crew.
I would say there is no need of inquiry and just shift his duties to other bus route will make good enough for BMTC revenue as well as commuters' care. Was this information helpful? |
