Bangalore Metropolitan Transport Corporation [BMTC] — Non stopping of bus at bus stop

Hi .. today @ 7 pm route no.252A bus no. KA 57 F 1767 driver didn't stop the bus at MEI bus stop even after waving hand. It's their duty to stop bus at home all specified bus stops...why he didn't stop.
The concern officials please instruct all the drivers and conductors to stop the bus at all the specified bus stops without fail.
