[Resolved] Bangalore Metropolitan Transport Corporation [BMTC] — not accepting the current handicap pass and chased me out of bus | |||
Hi Team, This is regarding with the complaint against with conductor and driver of the bus (KA 01 FA 1054). The incident happened on 2 nd Jan 2020. Where I have been asked to get out of the bus e ven after showing handicap bus of 2019. Which has grace validity period til Feb 2020. The same enquired with senior staff at Domlur However the conductor didn't listen to my words and asked me to get out in front of all passengers. This was created me a great insult and embarrassment. I need to educate the awareness to the conductor and driver on who are rude with specially abled person. Please punish them with not happening this in future Was this information helpful? | |||
