Hi, we boarded an airport bus from kalyan nagar and wanted to go to verranapalya. But conductor gave us the ticket till hebbal and charged ₹74 (We were 2 people). Usually it is around ₹20 per person. When we asked him the same he started shouting on us. Please look in this matter, we want to report his behavior and can you please give us the extra charged amount, as this was very unfair.
