[Resolved] Bangalore Metropolitan Transport Corporation [BMTC] — regarding returning of money

Sir, i am regular passenger of bmtc. Everyday i used to travel, but the problem is most of the time the conductor refused to return the change money. Like from belludur to brookfield fare is 48 (Ac) and if i pay 50 then i didn't get the change money back. It happens to me most of the time and i think most of the people are suffering from this issue. So please take some action against this or recommend you to allow conductor to take online payment.

BMTC regrets the inconvenience caused. Please provide bus number, date and time of the incident to identify the crew and take action. Further we are making efforts to implement smart cards for payment towards ticket fare.
