Bangalore Metropolitan Transport Corporation [BMTC] — Regarding student bus pass-1

Though student bus pass has validity till
[protected], the conductor don't consider it and ask student to pay the ticket amount or get down the bus.They ask for fee receipt, but how do I get? I have completed my 2nd puc now.They don't treat students properly. Shame and pity on the department of not directing them properly.I had paid Rs1100 on my pass, on that I need to pay Rs15 to travel.Kindly take action with regard to this .The conductors say that it is the rule, I can't understand though pass has validity it can't be used, it is a rule they say.I hereby request the department head to properly frame rules and direct them.
I have even noted the bus number for ur enquiry.

Though having bus passs we need to take ticket and pay amount.pity on the government ans department.
