On 03/10/2019, at 6.00 am, I was traveling from majestic to electronic city in the bus number KBS3A . I got daily bus pass(Thursday) from the Bus conductor. But he gave me the previous day (Wednesday) as he was in the sleepy mood. I got fined from bus inspectors for having wrong day pass . So please take the action regarding the issue. The full day was ruined by this incident. Please refund the necessary amount(70rs+500rs) as early as possible.
