[Resolved] Bangalore Metropolitan Transport Corporation [BMTC] — rude behaviour and bad mouthing of the bmtc volvo bus conductor ka01 f 4408 | |||
Dear sir/ma'am, My name is dheeraj chourappa, i am currently traveling in bmtc volvo bus number ka01 f 4408. From central silk board to hebal. I gave rupees five hundred to the conductor and a ticket of 84 rupees and gave me the remaining change of rupees four hundred and sixteen back, out of the change... One hundred rupees note was slightly torn, so i requested the conductor to give me another note for which the conductor got very angry and said in kannada "it is torn only little", "nothing will happen if you take it". I told the conductor very gently that i don't want a torn note and want another note. The conductor went on shouting for almost fifteen minutes and only then the conductor replaced the note with another one. The conductor was very rude and unprofessional. Kindly give the conductor proper training and make sure that the conductor gives respect to the passengers. Kindly make sure the conductor learns basic discipline and how to respect passengers. This conductor is a lady conductor. Ps: if there is no action and intimation of the action taken on this regard, i will post the same on social media along with a screenshot of this email.
